Olive harvest begins in mid-October and extends to December. With 2,750 hours of sunshine annually you are sure to feel the sun on your skin during harvesting, and with any luck you will be able to bathe in the sea at the end of a "work day".
In the olive grove will learn all about the cultivation of olive trees, the traditional way of picking, which is still manually even nowadays, and about the process of making olive oil in the oil mill.
