The agency will make a maximum effort to present a realistic picture of the situation to the customer, without exaggeration or concealment of facts. However, the responsibility for the truthfulness of the data bears a renter, who has presented and ultimately reviewed all the information on the website. The agency has personally checked every accommodation and took most of the photos that are published on the website so that the risk for the customer is minimal.

The costumer makes an inquiry to the agency for certain selected accommodation unit for specific dates, possibly with alternative dates, citing the number of family members, as well as special requests ( for ex. distance from the center, distance from the sea, etc.).

The agency determines availability of the accommodation unit on selected dates and responds to the inquiry in a timely manner.

After being notified about the availability of the accommodation unit, the costumer must make a reservation via e-mail as soon as possible, and no later than two days, with a precise indication of the dates and number of persons. After receiving the reservation, the agency books accommodation on dates specified, the customer gets a quote, and within 5 days pays a deposit in the amount of 35 - 50 % of the bill.

Upon receiving the payment, the agency issues a confirmation of payment and booking.

If the customer does not pay the deposit within the specified period, it shall be considered that the customer canceled the reservation, and the accommodation and dates are available for resale.

If the customer after placing the deposit, i.e. booking the accommodation unit, cancels the booking up to 4 weeks before the start of determined stay, the renter is entitled to retain the deposit amount, and the renter himself, or through other agencies may fill the vacancy. The agency "My Green Island " will do everything possible to assist the renter.

If the customer cancels within the last 4 weeks , or does not appear on the appointed day, the customer is obligated to pay to the renter agreed amount discounted for 20 %. If the agency or the renter manage to fill the canceled dates, the costumer will receive the amount paid decreased only by 10 % of the total for administrative expenses.

Tourist tax is included in the price and the customer does not pay it separately unless otherwise agreed. The renter is obliged to register the guests , and pay the tourist tax to the Tourist Board.
